Why raw honey over supermarket honey?

A lot of what’s sold as honey in supermarkets, creamed or otherwise, gets heated and sometimes blended with cheaper imported honey to speed things along and cut costs. Ours isn’t. This is the same raw, local Melbourne honey as our other jars, coaxed into a smooth, spreadable texture through controlled crystallisation rather than anything added or sped up artificially. We manage our hives without harsh synthetic chemicals too, so nothing extra ever ends up in the jar.
